Nordea Bank AbpNordea Bank reported a 1% increase in second-quarter net profit to 1.232 billion euros, while assets under management climbed 16% year-over-year to 505 billion euros. Net interest income declined 1% to 1.779 billion euros, but net fee and commission income rose 11% to 880 million euros. The cost-to-income ratio improved to 44.0% from 45.1% a year earlier. The board declared a mid-year dividend for 2026 of 0.34 euro per share, payable on August 13. For fiscal 2026, Nordea now expects a cost-to-income ratio of 44-45%, an update from its previous guidance of around 45%, while maintaining its return on equity target of greater than 15%.
