Northrop Grumman has appointed Randy Sinclair as vice president of investor relations, effective August 10. Sinclair previously led Chevron's investor relations program and brings more than a decade of strategy and finance leadership experience from the energy company. He will report to John Greene, Northrop Grumman's corporate vice president and chief financial officer. The hire places an experienced investor relations executive in charge of communications with the financial community as the defense contractor continues executing major U.S. defense programs and capital allocation priorities.
