Nuscale Power CorpNo binding customer contracts for its Nuclear Power Modules and no deliveries expected before 2031.
NuScale Power shares have tumbled 75% over the past year and are now trading below $10, a sharp reversal from the all-time high of $57.42 reached in October 2025. The developer of small modular reactors has yet to sign any binding customer contracts for its Nuclear Power Modules and does not expect first deliveries before 2031. The company also faces investor class action lawsuits over a partnership with ENTRA1 that requires NuScale to pay milestone fees without guaranteed revenue. Despite holding U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission approval for its SMR design, the stock remains under pressure after a 61% drop in the final quarter of 2025 and a sell-off by its largest shareholder, Fluor.
