Nuvectis Pharma has entered a license agreement with Haisco Pharmaceutical Group for exclusive ex-China rights to two clinical-stage drug candidates, transforming Nuvectis into a late-stage development company. The deal covers NXP100, a once-daily oral Complement Factor B inhibitor with two marketing applications under review in China for paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria and an ongoing Phase 3 trial in immunoglobulin A nephropathy, and NXP200, an oral brain-penetrant paradox-breaker BRAF inhibitor in Phase 1b for BRAF-mutated malignancies. Haisco will receive upfront and near-term payments totaling up to 40 million US dollars and is eligible for up to 1.421 billion dollars in additional milestone payments plus tiered royalties.
