NVIDIA CorporationBofA estimates hyperscaler capex hitting $1.08T in 2027, supporting Nvidia's data-center demand outlook; Nvidia rebounded 1.1%.

Nvidia rebounded about 1.1% to $213.24 Tuesday morning after sliding more than 3% in the previous session, as calls for slower frontier-model development injected fresh uncertainty into the artificial-intelligence trade. Reuters cited BofA Global Research estimates showing Microsoft, Alphabet, Amazon, Meta and Oracle could collectively pour roughly $795 billion into capital expenditures in 2026 before pushing that figure to $1.08 trillion in 2027, an increase of about 36% in a single year. Nvidia's latest quarter showed data-center revenue reached $89 billion, about 92.5% of total quarterly sales, while management is targeting approximately $108 billion in third-quarter revenue. GuruFocus gives Nvidia a GF Score of 95 out of 100, with particularly high readings for profitability, growth and financial strength, though GF Value is the weaker area. Tuesday's 1.1% recovery claws back only about one-third of Monday's percentage decline, suggesting the market still believes in Nvidia's AI growth engine while demanding a larger cushion against any slowdown in hyperscaler spending.
