NXP Semiconductors announced that Jeff Palmer, Senior Vice President of Investor Relations, will retire after 16 years with the company, and Mike Lucarelli will succeed him in the role. Lucarelli, who most recently served as Global Head of FP&A and Corporate Finance at Uber, brings a decade of experience from Analog Devices where he was Head of Investor Relations and oversaw FP&A, along with seven years as a sell-side semiconductor analyst. He will formally assume the position starting with the third quarter 2026 earnings cycle, while Palmer will remain as an advisor through the fourth quarter 2026 earnings cycle in early 2027. Lucarelli will report to Chief Financial Officer Bill Betz and serve as a key liaison to the investment community.
