NXP Semiconductors reported better-than-expected second-quarter 2026 results, with non-GAAP earnings of $3.61 per share beating the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $3.54 by 1.98% and revenues rising 19.5% year over year to $3.50 billion. Automotive revenues grew 12% to $1.94 billion, Industrial and IoT surged 38% to $755 million, Communication Infrastructure and Other climbed 41% to $452 million, and Mobile increased 6% to $351 million. Non-GAAP gross margin expanded 150 basis points to 58.0%, and operating margin improved 310 basis points to 35.1%. The company generated $791 million in non-GAAP free cash flow and returned $360 million to shareholders through dividends and buybacks. For the third quarter, NXP guided revenues between $3.65 billion and $3.85 billion and non-GAAP earnings per share of $4.11 at the midpoint.
