Oculis Holding AG Ordinary sharesReports strong cash position and advances neuro-ophthalmology pipeline with positive FDA feedback

Oculis Holding AG reported cash, cash equivalents, and short-term investments of $282.3 million as of June 30, 2026, providing a cash runway into the second half of 2029. The company is advancing its pivot to neuro-ophthalmology with Privosegtor as the lead late-stage asset, progressing site activations in the PIONEER-1 registrational trial for optic neuritis and receiving positive FDA pre-IND feedback to expand into acute multiple sclerosis relapses, with an IND submission planned for the fourth quarter of 2026. Enrollment in the PREDICT-1 genotype-based registrational trial of Licaminlimab in dry eye disease is proceeding as planned, with all sites activated and over 45% of patients randomized, and topline results are expected around year-end. Following the DIAMOND topline results in May, Oculis does not plan to pursue an FDA regulatory filing for OCS-01 in diabetic macular edema. The company will host an R&D Day in the fourth quarter to share updates on Privosegtor's clinical development.
