Oklo Inc.Commercial power revenue unlikely before 2028; regulatory steps and HALEU allocation remain.

Oklo is unlikely to book its first commercial power revenue before 2028, according to a prediction based on the company's own published schedule. The company reported its first revenue in history in August, about $1.2 million mostly from services, and achieved first criticality at its Groves test reactor in Texas. However, its first commercial Aurora powerhouse at Idaho National Laboratory still has three of five DOE regulatory steps remaining, and the first core depends on a one-time government allocation of five metric tons of HALEU. Management has firmed its target to deploying the first powerhouse in 2028, calling it an ambitious target. The company ended June with about $3 billion in cash and marketable securities, and expects 2026 operating cash use of $120 million to $150 million plus $400 million to $500 million in capital spending.
