ON Semiconductor CorporationTreo platform revenues rising 2.5x sequentially and production shipments to a major automaker indicate strong end-customer demand for onsemi's products.

onsemi's Treo platform is gaining momentum as automakers shift toward software-defined vehicles, with platform revenues rising more than 2.5 times sequentially in the first quarter of 2026. The company recently began production shipments of Treo-based 10BASE-T1S Ethernet solutions for a leading North American automaker's next-generation zonal platform, incorporating more than 30 Treo devices. Management highlighted growing design activity in ADAS park-assist systems and SmartFET-enabled zonal architectures, and noted that Treo products carry gross margins in the 60-70% range, well above the corporate average. The platform is expected to contribute meaningfully to both revenue growth and margin improvement through 2026 and beyond, helping onsemi capture higher semiconductor content per vehicle.
