Oracle's supply bottleneck has shifted from component delays to funding its massive construction program, with shares down 36.0% over the past twelve months. The company's contracted backlog grew from $130 billion in early 2025 to $638 billion at the close of fiscal 2026, and it now guides to a net cash outlay of about $70 billion for capital expenditures in fiscal 2027, backed by a funding plan of around $40 billion in debt and equity. Oracle delivered more than 1.2 gigawatts of capacity in fiscal 2026 and expects fiscal Q1 2027 to approach a gigawatt, indicating eased delays. Revenue grew 17.4% over the trailing twelve months, and management guides fiscal 2027 revenue growth to 34% in constant currency, though it warns of near-term gross margin pressure and outlines a 30% to 40% margin profile for OCI.
