Remaining performance obligations rocketed 363% year over year to $638 billion, with another $85 billion piling on in just one quarter. Operating cash flow jumped 54% to $32 billion in fiscal 2026, yet free cash flow still crashed to negative $23.7 billion as spending exploded. Oracle closed at $153.14 on August 14 versus a GF Value estimate of $190.69, putting the shares 19.69% below GF Value.
