Oracle closed fiscal 2026 with $638 billion in remaining performance obligations, up 363% year over year, as customers prepay for AI infrastructure that the company says yields returns on invested capital in the high 20s. Cloud infrastructure revenue accelerated every quarter of the fiscal year, reaching 93% growth in the fourth quarter, while total cloud revenue hit $9.913 billion, or 52% of total sales. Management guided fiscal 2027 revenue to $90 billion with non-GAAP EPS of $8.05, and laid out an OCI ramp reaching $144 billion in five years, most of it already booked. The company trades at a forward P/E of 19 and a PEG of 0.851, with a consensus analyst target of $246.43 versus the current $150.52. Free cash flow was negative $23.686 billion in fiscal 2026, with capex of $55.663 billion and fiscal 2027 net cash capex guided near $70 billion, funded partly by roughly $40 billion in debt and equity including a $20 billion at-the-market equity issuance.
