Yuanta Securities noted that Oracle Corp. reported 4QFY26 results with total revenue of $19.184 billion, up 20.6% year-over-year, and normalized profit of $6.153 billion, up 26.1%, driven by Cloud Infrastructure business which grew 93% to $5.8 billion, fueled by accelerating demand for AI training and inferencing. Meanwhile, RPO contracts increased to $638 billion, up 363%, due to large AI infrastructure contracts. Bloomberg Consensus expects normalized profit for FY2027-29 to be $23.945 billion, $32.959 billion, and $47.770 billion, respectively, supported by gradual conversion of RPO backlog into actual revenue as data center capacity ramps up, especially from new Compute of about 1GW. This is reflected in FY27 guidance targeting total revenue of $90 billion and Cloud revenue growth of 58-64% in the first quarter of FY27. Currently, the stock trades at 19.1 times FY27 PER, and the company is scheduled to announce 1QFY27 results on September 11.
