Orion Digital reported second quarter adjusted EBITDA of $3.3 million, up 115% sequentially and 70% year over year, with margin expanding to 19.5%. Total revenue was $16.9 million, essentially unchanged from the prior year, while wealth revenue rose 14% to $4.1 million and assets under management increased 18% to $545.3 million. The company commercially launched its AI-powered Intelligent Investing platform on July 27, built on its existing wealth business. Management expects full-year adjusted EBITDA to be at the upper end or exceed its guidance range of $6 million to $7 million, though second-half profitability will likely moderate as marketing and lending costs increase. Orion also disclosed it received a NASDAQ notice regarding the minimum bid price requirement and stated that maintaining the listing is very important.
