Osotspa Public Company Limited, or OSP, has opened a production base in Ayutthaya Province to mark its 135th anniversary, unveiling the concept of System Behind the Growth, a system underpinning growth that connects production capability, supply chain management, technology, personnel, and sustainability together to enhance competitiveness and support long-term growth. At its core is the elevation of Manufacturing Excellence through Strategic Production Centralization, which aims to link production under shared standards and goals, reduce process duplication, and create advantages from Economies of Scale alongside the use of Automation and Continuous Improvement. On the supply chain side, Osotspa aims to build Supply Chain Resilience that is Agile, Integrated, and Resilient to cope with volatility in raw material costs and market demand. The concept also links six Growth Engines: Product Portfolio, Route to Market, Manufacturing Efficiency, Supply Chain Resilience, Sustainable Development, and Digital & People Transformation, so they drive in the same direction. Ms. Mukda Pairuchvej, Chief Executive Officer, said that building the System Behind the Growth is not merely about increasing the capability of factories, but about making production, supply chain, technology, personnel, and sustainability work in connection with one another. Under its Sustainability Framework & Goals 2026–2030, Osotspa aims to cut Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions by 50% from the 2022 base year, raise the share of renewable energy to 17%, pursue 100% recyclable or biodegradable packaging where technology allows, collect a cumulative 625,000 tons of cullet, and press ahead toward its goal of Net Zero GHG Emissions by 2050.
