Q2 beat and raised guidance

PagerDuty shares surged 7.9% in afternoon trading after the company reported second-quarter 2026 financial results that beat Wall Street's consensus estimates for sales and earnings per share. The digital operations platform generated $124.4 million in revenue, surpassed $500 million in annual recurring revenue, and produced $32.78 million in free cash flow. Management also lifted full-year revenue guidance to $494 million at the midpoint and raised adjusted EPS guidance to $1.35. The stock is up 10.3% year-to-date but remains 20.4% below its 52-week high of $17.17 from September 2025.
