Palantir Technologies Inc.Palantir beat Q2 revenue and EPS estimates and raised Q3 and full-year 2026 revenue forecasts.

Palantir Technologies CEO Alex Karp accused frontier AI labs of having Marxist overtones and seeking to colonize enterprises during the company's earnings call. Karp argued that enterprises are effectively paying AI providers to use their proprietary knowledge to train models that could eventually compete with and replace their own businesses, and that some AI companies justify this approach as serving a morally superior mission. He stated that Palantir does not seek to control its partners' means of production and has refused to adopt what it views as a parasitic relationship with partners. The comments came after Palantir reported second-quarter revenue of $1.94 billion and adjusted earnings per share of 41 cents, beating expectations, and raised its third-quarter and full-year 2026 revenue forecasts above Wall Street estimates. The company ended the quarter with $9.2 billion in cash and short-term investments.
