Palantir Technologies Inc.French intelligence agency DGSI selected ChapsVision to replace Palantir's data-analysis tools, reducing reliance on foreign tech.

Palantir Technologies shares fell about 4% on Monday after France's domestic intelligence agency selected ChapsVision to replace Palantir's data-analysis tools. The General Directorate for Internal Security, or DGSI, is moving toward a homegrown provider as part of a broader effort to reduce reliance on foreign technology in sensitive national-security functions. Palantir said its existing DGSI agreement, renewed in late 2025, remains in effect and will continue during the gradual migration process. The company has provided software to the French agency for roughly a decade and is expected to remain involved until the replacement platform is fully implemented.
