Palantir Technologies shares surged 30% on Tuesday after the company raised its full-year revenue outlook yet again, driven by accelerating artificial intelligence demand. The data analytics firm now expects 2026 revenue of $8.150 billion to $8.158 billion, up sharply from its previous guidance of $7.650 billion to $7.662 billion. Quarterly revenue soared 93% year over year to $1.94 billion, beating analysts' expectation of $1.80 billion, while adjusted earnings reached $0.41 per share compared with the $0.35 consensus. U.S. government revenue surged 90% to $809 million, and the company lifted its U.S. commercial revenue forecast to more than $3.424 billion from $3.224 billion previously. Management also projected third-quarter revenue of $2.160 billion to $2.164 billion, comfortably ahead of Wall Street's roughly $2 billion estimate.
