Patria Investments has successfully closed its Secondary Opportunities Fund V, securing over USD 670m in total commitments. The fund closed more than a third above its initial target of USD 500m and represents a significant increase on the size of its predecessor fund. Commitments came from a diverse global investor base, with existing Patria clients accounting for approximately 55% and new investors the remaining 45%. North America represented over 50% of total commitments, followed by Europe at approximately 40%, with additional commitments from Latin America, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific. The fund focuses on private equity secondary opportunities in the European and North American mid-markets, leveraging Patria's manager relationships and portfolio insights.
