Perrigo Company has appointed Salman Amin and Omer Gajial as independent directors to its board, effective June 30, 2026. Salman Amin, age 66, brings over 30 years of global consumer products experience, most recently serving as CEO of pladis Global. Omer Gajial, age 52, has extensive retail, e-commerce, and consumer health experience and currently serves as CEO of GoTo Foods. Board Chair Orlando Ashford stated that both individuals bring deep experience across consumer products, retail, and digital transformation that will be valuable as Perrigo advances its strategic priorities.
