PharmaResearch has signed an agreement to acquire Cosmetic Group USA, a California-based cosmetics manufacturer, to strengthen local production and logistics for its REJURAN Cosmetics brand across North and South America. The acquisition of CG USA, which operates an FDA-registered facility with cGMP-aligned quality systems and over-the-counter production capabilities, will allow PharmaResearch to shift from supplying the U.S. market with Korean-made products to local manufacturing. The move aims to improve supply chain efficiency and market responsiveness as REJURAN Cosmetics expands through Sephora, Amazon, and a planned entry into Canada in the second half of the year. CEO Ji Hoon Sohn said the deal secures a local production base to support growth in North America and opens potential for expanding the company's ODM business in the U.S. over the mid to long term. Financial terms were not disclosed.
