Picard Medical, parent company of SynCardia Systems, has released its pre-recorded annual stockholder presentation in advance of the 2026 Annual Meeting scheduled for July 17. The presentation highlights an 85% year-over-year revenue increase and improved gross margin of 28% from year-end 2025, driven by a 116% increase in U.S. revenue. It also provides an update on the next-generation Emperor platform, which aims to eliminate the external pneumatic driver, with an initial configuration retaining an external controller and battery, and a longer-term roadmap toward a fully implantable system. Development milestones include pursuit of FDA Breakthrough Device designation, a planned Investigational Device Exemption submission in 2028, and intent to begin clinical study activities in 2029.
