Kahn Swick & Foti, LLC has notified investors in PicS N.V. of a pending class action securities lawsuit with an application deadline of August 4, 2026. The lawsuit seeks to recover losses for investors who purchased PicS Class A common stock in or traceable to its January 30, 2026 initial public offering.
