This fell short of the original target approved by the board of directors, which allowed for up to 27 million shares, or 3.56% of total shares, with a budget not exceeding 30 million baht. The buyback period lasted six months, from March 2 to September 1, 2026, and was conducted exclusively through the stock exchange. When combined with the previous buyback program, the company will hold cumulative repurchased shares of 33,400,000 shares, representing 4.41% of total shares, with a total value of 38,063,641 baht. The company may sell the repurchased shares after three months from the end of the program, but must do so within three years. If not all shares are sold, the company will be required to reduce its registered capital by canceling the repurchased shares.
