PKSHA Technology's share price rose sharply after it disclosed that cumulative revenue for the first three quarters of the fiscal year ending September 2026 increased 84.1% year on year to 28.3 billion yen. Business profit rose 46.3% to 4.7 billion yen, but quarterly profit attributable to owners of the parent fell 2.0% to 2.6 billion yen, reflecting the reversal of gains from the sale and valuation of Sapeet shares booked in the same period a year earlier. The company said that excluding this one-off factor, pre-tax profit rose 46.0% and net profit rose 51.6%. Full-year guidance was left unchanged at revenue of 35 billion yen and net profit of 2.8 billion yen. On August 20, the stock closed up 9.8% from the previous day at 3,310 yen, bringing its gain over the past month to more than 10%.
