Planet Fitness will grant newly appointed CFO Sudhanshu Priyadarshi a $3 million new hire equity award in restricted stock units, according to a Thursday securities filing. Priyadarshi, who previously served as finance chief for Keurig Dr Pepper, also assumes the role of president, international effective Thursday. His compensation package includes an annual base salary of $900,000 and eligibility for an annual cash bonus targeted at 115% of base, plus a 2026 long-term incentive award valued at $4 million split equally between restricted stock units and performance share units. Interim CFO Tom Fitzgerald will remain in an advisory capacity until mid-September to ensure a smooth transition. Priyadarshi succeeds Jay Stasz, who stepped down on March 9.
