Plus Therapeutics will rebrand as Cerenome and begin trading on Nasdaq under the ticker CNSY on August 3, 2026. The company reaffirmed its 2026 milestones and reported that contracted insurance coverage for its CNSide diagnostics platform has grown to approximately 126 million covered lives, up from around 67 million at the start of the year, with a target of over 150 million by year-end. CNSide performed 232 tumor cell enumeration tests year-to-date, including a record 72 in June, and is targeting an annualized run rate of 1,250 tests by the close of 2026. For its lead therapeutic candidate REYOBIQ, 31 of 34 planned patients have been enrolled in the Phase 2 ReSPECT-GBM trial, while the Phase 2 ReSPECT-LM study has enrolled about one-third of its target population. The company also expects to dose the first patient in the ReSPECT-PBC pediatric brain cancer trial in the third quarter of 2026.
