Pony AI reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $36.2 million, up 69% from $21.5 million a year earlier, driven by a 691% increase in robotaxi revenue and an expanded fleet of roughly 2,000 vehicles. Chairman and CEO James Peng said robotaxi revenue rose to a record $12.1 million, while robotruck revenue grew 40% to $13.3 million and intelligent solutions revenue rose 4% to $10.8 million. The company expects to reach 3,500 vehicles by year-end and operate in more than 20 cities by the end of 2026, and it has secured commitments for more than 4,000 vehicles from Uber and other international partners, including over 2,000 robotaxis across five European cities. Net loss narrowed 14.9% to $45.4 million, and the company held $1.39 billion in cash and investments at quarter-end.
