As of the early tender deadline, $358,232,000 of the $1 billion total notes outstanding were validly tendered, leaving a remaining acceptance amount of $41,768,000. Notes tendered after the early deadline but before the July 29 expiration will receive $968.47 per $1,000 principal amount, subject to proration if the remaining amount is exceeded. The early settlement date is expected to be July 20, 2026.
