PRTR Group reported a second-quarter 2026 net profit of 47.03 million baht, down 17.80% from 57.22 million baht a year earlier. Service revenue for the quarter came in at 1.95 billion baht, up 2.2% from 1.91 billion baht. The core outsourcing business generated 1.89 billion baht, a 2.5% increase. Standout growth came from the training arm, Blacksmith, with revenue of 10.1 million baht, up 62.9%, and the HRIS platform Pinno, which posted 11.4 million baht, a 20.3% rise. The recruitment business saw revenue of 44.9 million baht, down 18.3%. For the first six months of 2026, total revenue reached 3.82 billion baht, a 0.8% gain from 3.79 billion baht. The board approved a first-half dividend of 0.10 baht per share, with the XD date set for 21 August 2026, the record date on 24 August 2026, and payment on 3 September 2026.
