Specialties Public Company Limited, or PSP, has clarified through the Stock Exchange of Thailand that the case in which the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) imposed civil penalties on Mr. Seksan Krongphanich, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director, and Company Director, for allegedly creating trading prices or volumes of shares of Meta Corporation Public Company Limited, or META, is a personal matter. The incident occurred during 2018-2020, which was before PSP's initial public offering and listing on the Stock Exchange of Thailand in 2022. The company has been informed by Mr. Seksan that he is in discussions with the SEC, and PSP confirms that the incident does not affect its business operations. The company continues to operate normally and will consider taking necessary and appropriate actions under the law and good corporate governance principles. PSP will update the Stock Exchange of Thailand on any progress if there is information that needs to be disclosed.
