Pulaide announced that the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary plan to increase capital to the Thai subsidiary in proportion to their shareholding, by no more than 423 million yuan, for the investment and construction of a new production base in Thailand. Upon reaching full production, the project will form an annual production capacity of 7 million power tools, easing capacity bottlenecks and optimizing global layout.
