Quantinuum reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $8 million, a 279% increase from $2 million a year earlier, and raised its full-year revenue guidance to a range of $28 to $32 million. The company completed its initial public offering during the quarter, raising $1.7 billion in gross proceeds, and ended June with $2.1 billion in cash, equivalents, and short-term investments. GAAP net loss widened to $597 million from $57 million, while adjusted EBITDA loss was $68 million compared with a loss of $43 million in the prior-year period. Quantinuum also announced an industry-first partnership with Oracle to deploy its Helios quantum computer as an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure service and demonstrated near five-nines logical fidelity on Helios, extending its leadership in fault tolerance.
