Quantum Corporation announced the appointment of Mike Heuer as its Chief Information Officer, effective immediately. Heuer will lead Quantum's global information technology organization, covering enterprise applications, data, AI adoption, infrastructure, and cybersecurity. He most recently served as Chief Information Officer of Legence, a Blackstone portfolio company, where he built the company's IT function and supported its growth through more than 20 acquisitions, and previously was Head of Global Information Technology at Blackhawk Network. As part of his compensation package and as an inducement material to his acceptance of employment, the Leadership and Compensation Committee of Quantum's Board of Directors approved the grant of 50,000 restricted stock units, vesting in three equal annual installments, expected to be effective on or around October 1, 2026 under Quantum's 2021 Inducement Plan. Quantum is listed on Nasdaq under the ticker QMCO.
