Juhua Group, as the chain leader, holds 39.30 percent of the national HFCs production quota, and its refrigerant business gross margin reached 50.81 percent. In addition, companies such as TopOlefin Optics have broken foreign technology blockades and achieved industrial-scale mass production of cyclic olefin copolymers. Through the Five Chains integration strategy, Quzhou has introduced 17 high-level innovation platforms and hosts two national-level manufacturing pilot test platforms, having completed more than 50 pilot test projects in total. In the first half of 2026, new materials accounted for 35.4 percent of the output of industrial enterprises above designated size, and the added value of high-tech industries grew by 47.5 percent.
