Radiant Logistics reported net income jumped 53.1% to $7.5 million for its fourth fiscal quarter ended June 30, with revenue climbing 18.5% to $261.4 million. Adjusted EBITDA rose 31.6% to $10.4 million, margin expanded 240 basis points to 15.5%, and adjusted net income climbed 34.5% to $7.4 million, all against organic revenue growth of 8%. For the full fiscal year, however, revenue rose just 3.5% to $934.4 million from $902.7 million, net income grew 8.7% to $18.8 million, and adjusted EBITDA fell 5.4% to $36.7 million from $38.8 million, a figure that included a $1.3 million First Brands adjustment. The company entered fiscal 2027 with zero net debt, $25.6 million in cash as of June 30, and a $200 million senior credit facility extended in August to mature August 7, 2031, with its acquisition accordion raised to $100 million from $75 million. Management credited the quarter to US forwarding operations and international airfreight, including typhoon disaster relief in the Western Pacific and data center buildout demand, while noting the domestic truck brokerage improvement is not yet fully reflected in reported results.
