Rapoo Technology announced on September 16 that its controlling shareholder, Hotkey Electronics Hong Kong Limited, plans to transfer 14.03 million unrestricted tradable shares of the company to Shanghai Gaoyi Private Fund Management Co., Ltd. The transferred shares account for 5% of the company's total share capital, at a transfer price of 16.28 yuan per share, with the total transfer price amounting to 228 million yuan. After this agreement-based transfer, Gaoyi Kaihua will become a shareholder holding more than 5%, while Hotkey Electronics' shareholding will drop to 53.34%. After the transfer, the transferee undertakes not to transfer the acquired shares within 12 months. In the first half of 2026, Rapoo Technology achieved revenue of 229 million yuan and net profit attributable to the parent company of 14.92 million yuan.
