ServiceNow IncServiceNow is implementing price increases exceeding guidance, driving high-margin growth.

Raymond James analyst Adam Tindle published an industry brief flagging early evidence that ServiceNow is implementing price increases that could exceed the company's own guidance. The firm's customer and industry checks suggest actual increases are arriving above the 20 to 30 percent uplift ServiceNow disclosed at its May analyst day for customers transitioning to new Foundation, Advanced, and Prime tiers. Raymond James also indicates that June 30 may be the last date to purchase legacy tiers, which could push customers into early renewals and pull forward revenue. The price increases flow through an existing customer base with essentially no customer acquisition cost, potentially driving high-contribution margin growth that the broader market has yet to fully appreciate. Raymond James maintains a Market Outperform rating and a $130 price target on ServiceNow.
