Readyplanet PCLCompany expects recovery in new customers and tourism season boosting demand for its hotel booking system.

Ready Planet Public Company Limited, or READY, said during an Opportunity Day event that it has a positive view of business trends in the second half of 2026. The company plans to accelerate development of new solutions, integrate artificial intelligence technology into its products, expand its sales team, and increase marketing budgets to speed up growth in its customer base and recurring revenue. For the second quarter of 2026, the company reported service revenue of 47.79 million baht, a slight decline from the same period last year amid a slowing economy, while costs rose from investments in product development and an expanded marketing team to support plans for higher recurring revenue from new customers, or New Monthly Recurring Revenue. The company and its subsidiaries posted net profit of 5.30 million baht. Average revenue per customer was 2,184 baht, and New MRR in the second quarter of 2026 was 1.60 million baht, the second-highest level since the company began operations, reflecting improving momentum in new customer growth. The company expects business trends in the third and fourth quarters of 2026 to improve, driven by a recovery in new customers, the hotel booking system business entering the tourism season, and potential benefits from government tourism stimulus measures. For its second-half strategy, READY will focus on expanding its new customer base while integrating AI into the business, continuing product development, upgrading its service team, expanding the sales team, and systematically increasing marketing budgets to strengthen service capabilities and support a likely larger new customer base going forward.
