Reddit forecast third-quarter revenue above Wall Street estimates, signaling its AI-powered advertising tools are drawing more marketers. The company expects revenue between $860 million and $870 million, exceeding the LSEG-compiled average estimate of $829.1 million. Second-quarter revenue rose 61% to $805 million, beating estimates of $730.4 million, while global daily active unique visitors increased 18% year-over-year to 130.3 million. However, shares fell 6% in extended trading after the company reported slowing sequential growth in U.S. daily active unique visitors and noted choppy search referrals. Reddit also projected adjusted EBITDA of $385 million to $395 million, above the $369 million estimate.
