Company failed to meet Nasdaq minimum bid price and will be delisted, leading to trading suspension and deregistration.
REE Automotive announced it has received a formal delisting determination from Nasdaq and will not appeal. Trading of its Class A ordinary shares will be suspended at the opening of business on July 7, 2026, after the company failed to regain compliance with the minimum bid price requirement. The stock had closed below $1.00 for 30 consecutive business days, triggering an initial deficiency notice on July 1, 2025, and a second 180-day extension through June 29, 2026, did not cure the issue. Nasdaq will file a Form 25-NSE with the SEC to officially remove and deregister the securities.
