Renesas Electronics Corporation has completed the transfer of its timing business to SiTime Corporation as of July 1, 2026. The transaction was previously announced on February 5, 2026. Renesas expects to record a gain of approximately 443.3 billion yen in its consolidated financial statements for the nine months ending September 30, 2026, based on an exchange rate of 162 yen to the dollar at the time of the transaction.
