RenX Enterprises Corp. has launched a land clearing division and received its first purchase order from a regional land development company for a project site in Florida. The division captures value on both sides of the material stream by earning a service fee for clearing vegetation, stumps, and woody debris, then transporting the recovered organic material to the Company's 80-plus acre processing facility in Myakka City, Florida, where it becomes feedstock for mulch and compost production. This two-sided ton economics model is expected to generate service revenue today and lower-cost raw material tomorrow, while fee-based clearing revenue is anticipated to smooth the cadence of the Company's revenue streams by arriving in quarters when demand for compost, mulch, and growing media is seasonally lighter. The division is equipped with a Komptech Crambo 6000 high-capacity dual-shaft industrial shredder for on-site processing, and land clearing demand in Southwest Florida is supported by sustained residential and commercial development activity.
