Resideo Technologies IncStandalone guidance reset and higher leverage profile drive shares down 19.3%

Resideo Technologies shares fell 19.3% in morning trading after the company issued a standalone full-year outlook reflecting the removal of its recently spun-off ADI Global Distribution business. For the second quarter of 2026, Resideo reported record revenue of $1.98 billion and adjusted EPS of $0.83, both surpassing Wall Street estimates. The updated full-year 2026 revenue forecast of $2.90 billion to $2.95 billion represents only the standalone Products & Solutions business, a mechanical drop from prior consolidated guidance that included ADI's substantial revenue contribution. Investors repriced the standalone entity due to transition mechanics and a higher leverage profile on the remaining business. Resideo is down 41.1% since the beginning of the year and trading 53.4% below its 52-week high of $44.50 from October 2025.
