Revolution Medicines IncCompany to present clinical data from RAS(ON) inhibitor pipeline at ESMO GI 2026, including oral presentations and Phase 3 trial updates.

Revolution Medicines announced it will present clinical data from its RAS(ON) inhibitor pipeline at the 2026 ESMO Gastrointestinal Cancers Congress in Munich from July 1 to 4. The presentations include two oral reports from Phase 1/2 trials of zoldonrasib, an oral RAS(ON) G12D-selective covalent inhibitor, in combination regimens for metastatic RAS G12D pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma. One oral presentation covers zoldonrasib plus chemotherapy in the first-line setting, while the other covers zoldonrasib plus daraxonrasib, the company's oral RAS(ON) multi-selective inhibitor, in patients who had received one or more prior lines of therapy. Two Phase 3 trials-in-progress posters will also be shown: RASolute 303, evaluating daraxonrasib as monotherapy or in combination with gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel versus standard of care in first-line metastatic PDAC, and RASolute 304, evaluating adjuvant daraxonrasib in patients with resected PDAC who completed perioperative chemotherapy.
