RideNow Group, Inc.Refinancing progress and strong adjusted EBITDA/free cash flow focus signal improved financial health.

RideNow Group CEO Michael Quartieri said the company made substantial progress on its refinancing efforts and expects to share more details in the near future. During the second quarter of 2026, same-store revenue reached $291.7 million, up 3% year over year, while adjusted EBITDA rose 19.2% to $20.5 million. Total revenue was $296.8 million, down from $299.9 million a year earlier, which CFO Joshua Barsetti attributed to operating five fewer stores following consolidation. Management reiterated its expectation to deliver strong adjusted EBITDA and free cash flow through the remainder of 2026 and indicated that completing the refinancing is the major near-term priority before pursuing acquisitions.
