RingCentral climbed to a new four-year high on Monday as investors positioned ahead of the cutoff date for its 67-percent higher dividends. The stock hit an intraday record of $55.30 before closing up 11.16 percent at $53.70. The company will pay the first round of higher dividends of $0.125 per share to shareholders of record as of August 6, 2026, with payment on August 20. The increase follows second-quarter results that beat guidance, with revenue rising 5.9 percent to $657 million and non-GAAP diluted earnings per share reaching $1.22, exceeding the outlook of $1.15 to $1.17. Hedge fund participation dipped to 25 funds from 27 in the prior quarter, but the collective stake grew 17.7 percent to $406 million.
