Picpay Holdings Netherlands N.V. Class A Common SharesClass action lawsuit alleging false IPO disclosures about credit quality and risk.

Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP has filed a class action lawsuit against PicS N.V. on behalf of purchasers of its Class A common stock in or traceable to the January 30, 2026 initial public offering. The suit alleges that IPO offering documents contained false or misleading statements and failed to disclose deficiencies in credit evaluation procedures, a reclassification of approximately R$590 million in exposures leading to an R$88 million incremental expected credit loss charge in the fourth quarter of 2025, and a heightened Stage 3 formation rate exceeding 7% that deviated from historical trends. It further claims the documents overstated the quality of credit models and underwriting practices while concealing degradations in customer credit quality and rising default risks from entry into riskier business lines. By June 4, 2026, the stock had fallen below $9 per share, a decline of more than 50% from the $19 IPO price. Investors have until August 4, 2026 to seek appointment as lead plaintiff.
